How do you ship? I ship from the USPS twice weekly. I ship once the order is paid for and confirmed
Do you do custom work? YES!! I work with many authors, groups and business designing their products. Just contact me at Litversations.com for a consultation.
Can I create the Book Box I want? Absolutely! You can have the contents of your box exactly how you want it. If it is a subscription box, it may limit the variations, but I will work with you.
When do you ship the Subscription boxes? The Subscription boxes are normally mailed the second Monday of the moth, But if you want it Now, it can go out immediately!
Refund Policy? I try very hard to make sure your order is exactly as you ordered. I do verify before shipping that everything is as ordered. If the mistake is mine, I will correct it. I have a very strict All Sales Are Final policy.
